🕒 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns may be rejected if the item is used, washed, altered, damaged, missing tags, or not in its original condition.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To initiate any return, exchange, or damage claim, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing:
1. The Order Number and AWB (Tracking) Number clearly visible on the package.
2. The product packaging and seal being opened.
3. The product inside in clear and continuous footage.
The unboxing video must be continuous, unedited, and recorded in one shot.
Videos that are cut, unclear, or incomplete will not be accepted as valid proof.
⚠️ If the order details and AWB number in the video do not match our dispatch record, the return, exchange, or refund request will be automatically rejected.

📦 Dispatch & Packaging Proof (Seller Side)
For every shipment, we maintain our own dispatch video record, including the product, order number, shipping number, and full packaging.
This serves as official verification proof in case of any dispute.

🚚 Return & Pickup Process
To request a return, contact us at apps.usdfab@gmail.com with your order details.
Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange the return pickup.
You will receive confirmation and tracking updates via email or SMS.
Do not send returns directly without approval, as unapproved parcels will not be accepted.

⚠️ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Items purchased under Combo Offers, Discount Offers, or Sale Offers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Custom or personalized products.
Personal care or hygiene items.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards or vouchers.
Note: Defective or damaged products are eligible for return even under offers, subject to video proof validation.

🔁 Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the existing item (after approval) and then place a new order for the desired size or product.
Exchange is not applicable on discounted or combo products.
Advance Payment (Partial Payment) Policy – IMPORTANT
For all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, a mandatory 10% advance payment is collected as an order confirmation fee.
This advance amount is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
If the customer:
Refuses delivery
Cancels the order after dispatch
Provides incorrect address
Is unreachable during delivery
Requests return or exchange (size/fit/change of mind)
👉 the advance amount will be used to settle order processing, packing, handling, and forward + return shipping charges.
No refund will be issued for the advance payment in any situation.

💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method only within 10 business days.
No refunds will be made in cash or to alternate accounts.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only within 4 hours of placement and before dispatch.
Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.

📦 Delivery Partner & Attempt Policy
All deliveries and returns are organized as per our delivery partners’ operational rules.
If the customer refuses delivery, is unreachable, or provides an incorrect address, the order will be marked as “Undeliverable” and will not qualify for a refund or reshipment.

💼 Customer-Borne Return Shipping
In some cases — such as size exchange or change-of-mind returns — the customer may be required to bear the return shipping cost.
This will be clearly communicated during the return approval process.

⚠️ Fraud & Misuse Clause
Any false claim, fake video, or misuse of our Return & Refund Policy will result in permanent account suspension and may lead to legal action under the IT Act and Consumer Protection Act.

All sales are applicable within India only.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Urban Stop Design reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time as per Indian law, and all changes will automatically apply to future transactions.
